Questions

The things traders ask first

If the answer you need is not here, the team reads every email.

What is the gold bias, and how fresh is it?

The bias is MRKT's read on how gold is leaning right now: Continuation, Ranging, or Reversal Risk, with the drivers behind it written out in plain English. It is rebuilt as those drivers change rather than on a fixed schedule, and every read carries the time it was last updated, so you always know how fresh the answer in front of you is. The same bias exists for the indices, FX, crypto and oil.

Do I need a macro background?

No. MRKT is built for people who trade the chart and never got taught the macro behind it. Every headline, print and bias card has a Teach button that walks the chain from the news to your chart in plain English, and you can keep pressing More simply until it lands.

How is MRKT different from a signal service?

MRKT explains, it does not predict. There are no signals, no entries, no exits, no targets and nobody calling the next move. What you get is the why: what just happened, which of your markets it touches, and how the market is leaning as a result. The decision stays yours, and you make it knowing what is actually driving the tape.

Which markets does it cover?

Gold, the major indices, FX, crypto, oil and equities. You pick the markets you actually trade when you set up, and the headlines, calendar, bias and explanations all narrow to those. You can change the selection at any time.

What languages does it support?

27, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese and Hindi. Headlines, the calendar, the bias reads and every explanation come through in the language you think in, not just the interface labels.

Do I need TradingView?

No. MRKT works on its own in the browser. If you already live in TradingView, it sits beside it rather than replacing it: keep your charts and layouts where they are and read the why in MRKT on the other screen or the other tab. There is also a MRKT indicator you can add to your TradingView chart so headlines show up where you are already looking.

How fast are headlines decoded?

Seconds. A headline arrives from the wire, MRKT reads it against the calendar and the price reaction, and the decoded version is on your screen while the candle that reacted to it is still open.

Can I ask MRKT my own questions?

Yes. Ask MRKT is a chat with an analyst who has already read everything in your markets today. Ask why gold is moving, what a print means for the dollar, or what you should be watching into the session, and you get an answer built from the same live headlines, calendar and price data the rest of the product runs on.

Who is MRKT for?

Traders who can read a chart but keep getting caught out by the news that moved it. If you have ever watched a candle rip and had to go hunting through a group chat or three tabs to work out what happened, that is the gap MRKT closes.

How do I cancel?

One click, any time, from your account settings. There is no phone call, no email to support and no retention flow to sit through. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
