A playbook for every release.Read for the market you trade.
Pick your market and every level reads for it.
A higher than expected reading points to economic strength and is typically bullish for the currency. A lower reading suggests weakness, putting pressure on the currency.
Retail sales, 16 Sep 2026: 1.2% against a highest bank forecast of 1.1%. Gold (XAUUSD) and Nasdaq futures (NQUSD) are priced in dollars, so their levels read the other way.

Questions, answered.
What does Pro add over the free calendar?+
The free calendar lists every release with its actual, forecast and prior, and a playbook for the release currency. Pro adds the bank forecast and the min and max bank forecast on every release, the full five-level playbook in the event panel, and Impact on, which reads that playbook for gold, Nasdaq or any market on your watchlist.
What are min, max and the bank forecast?+
Before a release, banks publish their own forecasts. The bank forecast is the middle of that poll; min and max are the lowest and highest bank forecast. A flame next to the actual means it printed outside that range. On 4 Sep 2026, payrolls printed 162K against a min of 45K and a max of 110K.
What is the playbook?+
Every release has one, written before it prints. It sets out what a reading above the forecast, on it or below it has meant, in five levels from Very Bullish to Very Bearish, pinned to the real numbers: MAX, BANK, FORECAST and MIN. When the actual lands, its level lights up. It's a reference for how the number is usually read, not advice.
Which countries and markets does it cover?+
The US, UK, euro area, Japan, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, New Zealand and China, among others: jobs, inflation, GDP, retail sales, PMIs, housing, trade and central bank decisions. The playbook reads for the release currency by default; switch Impact on to gold, NQ, ES, BTC, EURUSD or any market on your watchlist.
Is it real time?+
Yes. Actuals land on the calendar as they're released, and the playbook marks where the print sat straight away.
