What is event replay?+
Event replay puts the chart back to the bar before a release and lets you step forward one candle at a time, with Smart Money Flows as they read on each bar. It's fundamental backtesting you can watch: instead of one average across past events, you see how gold or the Nasdaq actually traded a CPI print or a Fed decision, bar by bar.
Which events can I jump to?+
The Jump to list has past FOMC decisions, CPI, PCE and the Jackson Hole keynote, with a filter for each. Any other release, like NFP, PPI, retail sales or jobless claims, is a date away: type it into Go to date and the tape starts on that day.
Which markets, and how far back?+
Replay runs where Smart Money Flows runs: gold (XAUUSD), S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and Dow futures, EUR/USD and the US dollar index, on the 30-minute chart. The flows and the event list go back six months; older dates replay as plain candles, without the flows.
Does it show the flows as they were at the time?+
Yes. During a replay the chart only holds the bars up to the cursor, so the flows read each bar as the tape reaches it and never see the bars after it.
Is event replay included in MRKT Pro?+
