Free Trial Terms & Conditions

These Free Trial Terms apply to the 7-day free trial of MRKT offered by MRKT Technologies Inc. (“MRKT”, “we”, “us”). They supplement, and are part of, our Terms & Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. By starting a free trial you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not start a trial.

1. Eligibility

You may start a free trial only if:

  • You are a new customer who has not previously held a MRKT subscription or a prior MRKT free trial.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You provide a valid, non-disposable email address that you control and verify. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted.
  • You provide a valid payment method that has not previously been used to start a MRKT trial.

We offer one (1) free trial per person, household, payment method, and device/network, and use automated and manual checks (email, payment-method, IP-address and device signals) to enforce this. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any trial we reasonably believe is duplicative, fraudulent, or abusive.

2. Trial period

The free trial lasts seven (7) calendar days, beginning when your trial is activated (when you accept these terms and your payment method is successfully authorized). During the trial you receive full access to MRKT’s paid features.

3. Payment authorization & automatic conversion

Please read — this is a paid subscription that starts automatically.

  • A valid payment method is required to start the trial. We may place a temporary authorization hold to verify it, but we will not charge you during the 7-day trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, and we will charge your payment method $49.99 per month (plus applicable taxes) on the day the trial ends.
  • The subscription then renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • We send a reminder email before the trial ends and before each renewal where required by law.

4. Email verification

Free-trial accounts must verify their email address before using the service. After signup we send a verification email; you must click the link to activate full access. Until your email is verified, access is limited to the verification step.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial to avoid being charged — go to Account → Billing → Cancel, use the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or email us at support@mrktedge.ai. If you cancel during the trial you keep access until the trial end date and are not charged. Cancelling is as easy as signing up — no phone call or retention flow is required.

6. Pricing, taxes & refunds

Prices are stated in USD and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis with advance notice as required by law.

7. No investment advice

MRKT provides market data, news, analytics, and AI-generated commentary for informational and educational purposes only. MRKT is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and nothing in the service constitutes personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Trading involves risk of loss.

8. Anti-abuse & data we process

To protect the trial offer we may validate that your email domain is not disposable; record and evaluate the IP address and device/network signals at signup to detect duplicate or automated accounts; and store a non-reversible fingerprint of your payment method to prevent the same card being used for multiple trials. We do not store full card numbers — payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor, Stripe. We process this data to provide the service, prevent fraud, and comply with law. 9. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the free trial, or update these terms, at any time; material changes apply on a going-forward basis and will be communicated as required by law. We may suspend or terminate your trial or account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
